These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and BV Games ("BV Games," "we," "our," "us"), governing your access to and use of the BV Games platform, website at bvgames.app, mobile interface and all associated services including sports betting, casino gaming, crash games, live dealer games and promotional offers.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use BV Games. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. BV Games conducts age verification as part of the account opening process and requires supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. If BV Games reasonably suspects that an account belongs to a person under the age of 18, that account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
Each individual person is permitted to hold one active BV Games account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, BV Games reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus funds held within them. Real-money deposits will be returned to the verified payment method.
You are required to provide accurate, truthful and current information when registering your BV Games account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, a valid mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
BV Games does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online betting is unlawful. It is your responsibility to verify that participating in online gaming is legal in your location before creating an account.
BV Games may request identity verification documents ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any stage. Typically this is required before the first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of residential address and proof of payment method may also be requested. KYC verification protects your account against unauthorised access and ensures BV Games can return funds to the correct person if needed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BV Games account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. BV Games strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.
You must not share your account credentials with any other person, allow another person to access your account or permit anyone else to place bets on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not it was authorised by you — is your responsibility under these Terms.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify BV Games immediately via live chat or email. BV Games will suspend the account pending investigation. BV Games cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider. BV Games does not charge its own deposit fees.
Once a deposit is credited to your BV Games account, it is available for betting and gaming immediately. Deposits are non-refundable once they have been used to place bets. Unused deposit balances may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 5.
BV Games processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and ensures funds are returned to the verified account holder. Withdrawal requests to a different payment method than the deposit source may be subject to additional verification.
BV Games will never charge a withdrawal fee. Any deduction from a withdrawal amount is applied by the receiving payment provider, not BV Games. Always check your payment provider's own fee schedule.
BV Games offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, VIP cashback and special event promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Most bonus funds at BV Games are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be bet before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means Rs 1,000 in bonus funds must be wagered a total of Rs 10,000 before that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
VIP Cashback note: Weekly cashback earned through the BV Games VIP Club is credited every Monday with zero wagering requirements. It is real money — not bonus credit with conditions attached.
All bets placed at BV Games are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, event or game. These rules are published within the relevant section of the BV Games platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.
BV Games settles bets based on official results published by the relevant governing body, league or tournament organiser. In the event of a discrepancy between BV Games' settlement and an official result, BV Games may re-settle or void affected bets. Settled winnings are credited to player accounts automatically within the time frames indicated in the relevant sport or game rules.
BV Games is committed to displaying accurate odds and game outcomes. However, human and technical errors may occasionally occur. BV Games reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (for example, where a software fault publishes odds significantly inconsistent with the true market rate). In such cases, stakes are returned in full. BV Games will not honour bets placed with the deliberate intention of exploiting a known error in odds display.
In-play (live) betting markets at BV Games are subject to temporary suspension during key moments in a match or event. BV Games cannot guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets. Bets accepted before a market suspension are honoured unless a technical error is identified. Bets placed during a market suspension are voided and stakes returned.
BV Games applies maximum payout limits on individual bets and across specific events. These limits are published within the relevant sport or game section. BV Games reserves the right to limit the maximum amount any individual player may win from a single event or within a defined time period. This is a standard industry practice and is not applied arbitrarily.

You may close your BV Games account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, ensure any remaining real-money balance is withdrawn. BV Games will process a closure request within 24 hours of receiving all necessary confirmation. If you have concerns about problem gambling, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool rather than simply closing your account, as self-exclusion provides additional protections.
BV Games reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to have breached these Terms, is involved in suspected fraudulent activity, has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or is held by a player who has since become ineligible to use the platform. Where an account is closed for a breach of Terms, any bonus balances are forfeited. Real-money balances, minus any funds subject to ongoing investigation, are returned to the verified payment method.
An account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. BV Games will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email or mobile number before applying a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 to the dormant account balance. Accounts reaching a zero balance will be closed. You can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
BV Games provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, BV Games cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical faults, downtime or connectivity issues at all times. BV Games shall not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, network failures, delays in bet settlement or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your BV Games account, bet settlement or any aspect of the service, the process is as follows:
BV Games is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. All complaints are logged, tracked and handled by the customer service team under our formal complaints procedure.
BV Games collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using BV Games, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which BV Games holds its operating licence. By using BV Games, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
